Collection and Storage of Personal Data and the Nature and Purpose of Its Use

  1. When Visiting the Website
    When you visit our website www.dussault.de, information is automatically sent by the browser used on your device to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

    • IP address of the requesting device,
    • Date and time of access,
    • Name and URL of the file accessed,
    • Website from which access is made (referrer URL),

  • It is permitted by law and required for the performance of a contract with you in accordance with Art. 6(1) sentence 1(b) GDPR.

Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data processed by us pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR. This includes information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the envisaged storage period, the existence of the right to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the right to lodge a complaint, the source of your data if not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and meaningful information about the logic involved;
  • Request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us without undue delay pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR;
  • Request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless processing is required to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR;
  • Request the restriction of processing of your personal data where the accuracy of the data is contested, the processing is unlawful but you oppose the erasure, we no longer need the data, but you need them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
  • Receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or request the transmission to another controller pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR;
  • Withdraw your consent at any time pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR. This means we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future, and
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR.

Right to Object

If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1) sentence 1(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, provided there are reasons related to your particular situation.
